Delivery and shipping costs for deliveries within Germany
We charge a flat rate of 6,90 € for the deliveries and the packaging within Germany. This is not the case for the shipping and packaging of single tanks / stage tanks (from a size of 4 litres) and double tanks. In these circumstances we charge a flat rate of 16,90 € for the delivery and packaging per single tank / stage tank or double tank There are no additional delivery and packaging costs for any other items, which are in the same order as the tanks.
- We charge a cash payment on delivery fee of 7,00 € plus the above mentioned delivery and packaging costs for the shipping of an order, which is paid per cash upon delivery. This payment option is only possible within Germany. The invoice amount plus the delivery and shipping costs and plus the cash on delivery fee needs to be paid in cash when the delivery is made to you. Please be aware that DHL additionally charges a transmission fee of 2 €.
Delivery and shipping costs for deliveries to countries of the European Union
We charge a delivery and packaging flat rate of 16.95 € within the European Union. This is not the case for the delivery and the packaging of single tanks / stage tanks (from a size of 4 litres) and double tanks. In these circumstances we charge a flat rate for the delivery and packaging of 26.95 € for each single tank / stage tank or double tank. There are no additional delivery and packaging costs for any other items, which are in the same order as the tanks.
Delivery and shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland
We charge a flat rate for the delivery and packaging to Switzerland of 25 €. This is not the case for the delivery and the packaging of single tanks / stage tanks (from a size of 4 litres) and double tanks. In these circumstances we charge a flat rate for the delivery and packaging of 45 € for each single tank / stage tank or double tank. There are no additional delivery and packaging costs for any other items, which are in the same order as the tanks.
Payment possibilities
Forward Fund / Money order (The Classic)
The ordered items are delivered after transferring the payment onto our bank account. Our bank account details are sent to you with the order confirmation per email after you have sent off your order.
Cash on delivery (The secure way)
The payment of your invoice will be done in cash when you receive your parcel from DHL. In addition to the normal shipping costs a "cash on delivery" fee of 4,50 Euro will be charged. Please note that DHL charge an additional transfer fee of 2,- Euro at delivery.
Cash on delivery is only possible when shipping within Germany.
PayPal (The quick way)
DiveSupport also accepts Paypal. Because we receive your payment immediately after sending off the order, we can also promptly send off your order. (We charge an additional fee of 2% if the transmission is caused by an Non-European-Country)
